From our first conversation to final delivery, I guide you through each step of the design process so you can feel confident, supported, and excited as your event details come together.
1. VISION & DESIGN SCOPE
We review the event concept, venue, and design direction to determine the appropriate design scope and which pieces will best support the overall event vision.
2. DESIGN TIER SELECTION
Design services are selected by tier based on overall scope and customization, not only item count. This allows flexibility while ensuring each project receives the appropriate level of creative support.
3. DESIGN & REFINEMENT
I create cohesive designs across all selected pieces and refine details within the approved scope to ensure everything feels intentional and aligned.
4. PRODUCTION ESTIMATE
Once designs are approved, you’ll receive a detailed production estimate based on materials, sizes, quantities, and fabrication methods so you can finalize selections before anything is ordered.
5. PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
After final approval, all pieces are produced and prepared for delivery, setup, or installation based on your event needs.
All projects receive a custom quote based on scope, level of customization, and production needs.

Design services may include welcome signage, seating displays, menus, table numbers, bar signage, favors, and custom detail pieces.

For bridal showers, engagement parties, baby showers, birthdays, and other hosted celebrations that require coordinated signage and paper goods.
Design services may include welcome signage, seating or activity signage, menus, table details, favors, and themed event elements tailored to your gathering.
